SaleFre (hereinafter, "the Site," "we," or "us") is a product recommendation website that participates in the Amazon Associates Program, operated by the site administrator in the Argentine Republic.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, software, databases, and code — is the property of SaleFre or its licensors and is protected by the intellectual and industrial property laws of the Argentine Republic and applicable international treaties.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, or any other form of exploitation of the content without the prior written authorization of SaleFre is prohibited.

Third-party trademarks, trade names, and distinctive signs appearing on the Site (including Amazon®) are the property of their respective owners.

Prices, product availability, offers, and shipping times shown on SaleFre are obtained directly from the Amazon API and may vary at any time without prior notice.

SaleFre does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing and availability information. The User should always verify the final information on the Amazon site before making a purchase.

SaleFre shall not be liable for price differences, out-of-stock products, expired promotions, or any discrepancy between the information shown on the Site and that available on Amazon.

10.1 Third-Party Products

SaleFre acts solely as a referential intermediary. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of products sold by Amazon or its third-party sellers.
• Shipping, return, or warranty practices for the products.
• Compliance with tax, customs, or regulatory obligations related to the products.
• The accuracy of descriptions, images, or specifications provided by manufacturers or sellers.

10.2 User-Generated Content

In the event that the Site allows comments, reviews, or other forms of user-generated content, the User shall be solely responsible for the content they publish. SaleFre reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content it deems inappropriate, illegal, or in violation of these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SaleFre, its administrators, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site.
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or reputation.
• Service interruptions, technical errors, computer viruses, or security failures.
• Acts of third parties, including but not limited to hosting, CDN, API, or payment service providers.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, in particular the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code (Law No. 26,994), the Argentine Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 24,240), and the Argentine Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 25,326).

For any dispute arising from the use of the Site, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic, waiving any other venue or jurisdiction that might otherwise apply to them.

Consumer exception: The foregoing is established without prejudice to the non-waivable right of the User who qualifies as a consumer, pursuant to Article 36 of the Argentine Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 24,240), to choose the jurisdiction corresponding to their actual domicile. Accordingly, the preceding exclusive submission clause may be deemed void with respect to such Users, in which case the venue of their domicile shall prevail.

SaleFre reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes shall take effect immediately upon publication on the Site.

The User is advised to periodically review this page to stay informed of any modification. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of such changes.
